Will the sample accurately reflect the chosen design?
Yes, we make every effort to ensure the sample accurately reflects your design. We will use the exact same colors in the finish you selected during your design process, so you can see how the mosaic will look in reality.
Please note, however, that there may be slight variations in color and texture between production batches, which is a natural occurrence in the tile firing process. Our goal is to ensure that the sample is as close a reflection of the final product as possible.
How many samples can I order?
There is no strict limit on the number of samples you can order. From our experience, 1 or at most 2 samples are usually enough to verify your design idea. However, if for any reason you need more samples, please let us know in the order comments – we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How long does it take to process and deliver a sample?
Processing and delivery of the sample usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. However, if we run out of any color required for quickly assembling the sample, we will contact you immediately to discuss the next steps together. "We want you to receive a sample that closely matches your design, so we remain flexible and open to your suggestions.
Does ordering a sample obligate me to purchase the full mosaic?
Ordering a sample does not obligate you in any way to purchase the full mosaic. We want you to have the opportunity to thoroughly see and evaluate our product before making your decision. The sample is meant to help you verify your idea and ensure it's exactly what you're looking for.
What are the costs of ordering a sample?
The samples are completely free – we want you to be able to see exactly how your project will look in reality. The only cost you incur is the shipping fee, which depends on your location.
What are the next steps after ordering a sample?
If the sample meets your expectations and you haven't done so yet, you can review the initial quote and the delivery time directly in Krita DIY. When you're ready to move forward with the project, send us the Krita project file to diy@trufle.eu and provide your billing and shipping details. We will verify the quote and delivery times, and then prepare a pro forma invoice for the deposit payment, which will initiate the production of your mosaic.
